If your account is deactivated somehow, there are a few ways to reactivate it.
The reasons that may cause the deactivation of your account:
No login or activity for 6 months
Non-payment
Security or compliance risks
Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP),
Breach of Terms of Service or
Legal obligations.
No Login or activity
If your account is deactivated due to no login or activity reasons:
We'll send a reminder email before suspending your account. If you log in to Cocopipe, your account will be reactivated automatically.
If you are not logged in 30 days following the first reminder, you will still have an additional 30 days to reactivate your account.
In total, you have 60 days to reactivate your account. Otherwise, after the suspension period, your account will be deleted permanently, and no data may be recovered.
Non-payment
If your account is deactivated due to non-payment issues, in order to reactivate your account, you need to pay the pending invoices. Otherwise, your account cannot be reactivated.
Cocopipe reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid bills through the relevant court(s).
If you pay the bill(s) that are pending, your account will be reactivated automatically.
Legal issues
If your account is deactivated due to legal reasons, you need to contact us at [email protected].
