How can I delete my account and data?

We are sorry to hear that you want to delete your account. If we cannot change your mind, you can follow the process below:

  • On "Settings" page on Cocopipe, you can delete your account.

  • Or you can request deletion of your account by sending an email to [email protected].

Upon verification:

  • Your account will be suspended.

  • Your account will be deleted PERMANENTLY after 30 days of your request.

Meanwhile, if you change your mind, all you need to do is re-login to your account. Then your account will be reactivated.

Backups and logs are purged after an additional 90 days (see Data Retention Policy).
