You can reset your password on the login screen by clicking "Forgot my password."
Your workspace's admin can ask for a password reset.
You can email us with documents proving you are the account owner.
Resetting password via workspace admin
The "admin" of your workspace on Cocopipe can request a password reset. There are two ways to do it:
Admin can chat with us via live chat.
Admin can open a ticket.
Admin can contact us [email protected]
Cocopipe reserves the right to request additional documents to prove account ownership if deemed necessary.
Resetting password by emailing us
If you no longer have access to your email, but your account is part of an organization’s workspace, you can request a password reset by sending an email from any address under your organization’s domain.
