How to transfer the ownership of a workspace?

If you need to transfer account ownership to another user, follow the process below.

Overview

Admin ownership transfers are handled by Cocopipe to ensure account security and verify that the request is legitimate. The transfer can only be completed after the required verification steps are successfully finished.

How to request an ownership

To transfer Admin ownership:

  1. The current Admin must send a written request to [email protected] from their registered email address.

  2. Cocopipe will verify the identities of both:

    • the current admin

    • the new admin

  3. Once verification is completed successfully, the ownership transfer will be finalized.

If the current Admin is unavailable

If the current Admin cannot submit the request, such as in cases of employment termination or loss of access, Cocopipe may require additional verification before processing the transfer.

Additional verification may include:

  • Proof of domain ownership

  • Business documentation

Important Notes

  • Ownership transfers are subject to successful verification.

  • Requests sent from unregistered or unauthorized email addresses may be delayed or rejected.

  • Cocopipe may request extra documentation when necessary to protect account security.
